Health Services in School Setting:
Under the requirements of. T.C.A. § 63-1-173, students cannot receive non-emergent medical care absent parent consent. This may include, but is not limited to, cleaning and bandaging minor cuts or abrasions, providing and ice pack, or managing illnesses and or injuries that can occur during a school day. If consent is provided, it will remain in effect during the school year unless withdrawn in writing by the parent/guardian.
There are two options to comply:
1) A paper copy will be sent home with your child.

Riverside will host a pre-season jamboree on Friday, August 16. Cost for the event will be $8 per person and no passes (includes TSSAA, TACA, and season passes) will be accepted.

The Decatur County School System is seeking applicants for a Mathematics teacher for Grades 7-12. Applicants should submit a detailed resume that includes previous employment experience and all Tennessee teacher license certifications. Only applicants with a current Tennessee teacher license with an endorsement in K-5, K-8, or Mathematics 6-12, 7-12, or 6-10 will be considered for the position. Applicants must have an Active LPN or RN license with experience in Pediatric Nursing preferred.
