Riverside will host a pre-season jamboree on Friday, August 16. Cost for the event will be $8 per person and no passes (includes TSSAA, TACA, and season passes) will be accepted.

Class of 2025 senior pictures are July 15-19 at RHS. If you can't come during that week, makeup day will be in October on school picture retake day. For your picture to be in the yearbook, you must have it taken one of these days.

The Decatur County School System is seeking applicants for a Mathematics teacher for Grades 7-12. Applicants should submit a detailed resume that includes previous employment experience and all Tennessee teacher license certifications. Applications may be picked up at the Board of Education Office or downloaded from www.decaturcountyschools.com under the Employment tab. Only applicants with a current Tennessee teacher license with an endorsement in K-5, K-8, or Mathematics 6-12, 7-12, or 6-10 will be considered for the position. High School ELA Teacher Position
The Decatur County School System is seeking applicants for a middle school English Language Arts position for the 2024-25 School Year. Applicants should submit a detailed resume and application that includes previous employment experience and all Tennessee teacher license certifications.

*Have an active Tennessee Educator License with an English 6-12 endorsement
*Complete a Background Check and Physical prior to employment

Congratulations to Jayla Davenport and Jagger Cupples for being selected to play in the West Tennessee High School All Star Basketball Game. The games will be played at Trinity Christian Academy on Saturday, June 1.

The Decatur County School System is seeking applications for a School Nurse @ Parsons Elementary School for the 2024-2025 school year. Applicants must have an Active LPN or RN license with experience in Pediatric Nursing preferred. Today is the last day of the 2023-2024 school year. Schools will be open until 9:30am today to pick up report cards. Thank you for a great school year and we will see you in August!
Girls Basketball Tryout Updates
Due to the success of the RHS softball and baseball teams in the TSSAA State Tournament, we will plan on the first day of girls basketball tryouts being on Friday, May 24. If our baseball and softball teams qualify to play through Friday (and we hope they do), we will postpone tryouts on Friday. as well.
