The Riverside High School basketball teams will host Madison Academic High School on Tuesday, January 30. The varsity games are scheduled to start at 6 pm. The boys will have a JV game at 4:30.

Madison County guidelines for basketball (2023-24 season)
Tickets must be purchase on GoFan (website or app). There will not be an option to pay cash for tickets at the gate. Tickets are $7, with a $1 processing fee. Five years and older must have a ticket.
Once at the gate, a school representative will validate ticket(s) for entry. Please do not validate on your own. You must show your ticket(s) on your phone. We will not accept screenshots or print outs of tickets.

Due to recent weather conditions, the Riverside basketball schedule has several updates over the next few weeks. Fans have several opportunities to catch Lady Panther and Panther basketball action the rest of the season.

Riverside senior Jayla Davenport was voted as the Mid-Season Player of the Year in the Jackson Sun. Davenport received 43% of the votes (18,691 total votes) in the online poll this past week by the Jackson Sun. The senior is averaging 20.4 points per game, 9.2 rebounds per game, and is shooting 52.3% from the field on the season. Congratulations to Jayla on receiving such recognition for her effort and work on the basketball floor.
