As we close out CTE month in TN, we wanted to highlight our JAGTN program. This program prepares students for life after high school whether it be post-secondary or career. Our students, taught by Ms. Janet Pettigrew, learn skills for adulthood such as budgeting, interview and resume skills, professional dress, how to get along with coworkers and classmates, community service, scholarship and college admissions, and anything else that is relevant to life after high school. Across the state, JAGTN students received $7.5 million in scholarships in 2023. We are very proud of this program and how it prepares our students for life! #CTEmonth #JAGTN
