Ms. Emily Keeton, 8th grade ELA teacher, was named Teacher of the Month at Decatur County Middle School for the month of September. Her fellow teachers said, Emily goes above and beyond to help all students regardless of their level. She is very caring and understanding with all her students.” Ms. Emily was voted on by the teachers and staff at DCMS for this award. Ms. Emily is also involved with Agriculture and FFA through RHS. We are very proud that Ms. Emily chose to come home and teach in Decatur County!
