Decatur County Schools

Ms. Stephanie Walker, 7^th grade English teacher, was named Teacher of the Month at Decatur County Middle School for the month of April. Her fellow teachers said, “Ms. Stephanie consistently strives to do her best for her students. She sets the academic bar high for her students and helps them believe they can hit the mark.” DCMS staff also said, “She has high expectations for all students. She is prepared for class and has a good rapport with staff and students. She cares about the students and does her job effectively.”  Ms. Stephanie is truly a valued member of the Decatur County School System.
